Greg is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales with over 28 years of corporate and financial experience. He began his career providing audit and corporate services in Perth, Australia before moving to the UK in 2003.

For the past 18 years he has been working with AIM listed companies, predominantly within the mining and resources sectors. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, fundraising, investor relations and financial and management reporting.

James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons), Master of Accounting and is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant with over 15 years corporate experience.

After starting his career in Australia, James relocated to the UK where he has worked with listed companies on the LSE Main Market, AIM and AQSE as well as private companies in the pre-IPO phase.

James specialises in corporate transactions and IPO’s as well as providing Financial Controller/CFO services to clients. James has particularly focused on companies in the mining, exploration, technology, and biomedical sectors.

Emily is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and has over 12 years of experience in Business Services and Advisory.

Emily started her career in audit, joining PKF Littlejohn LLP as an audit trainee and progressing to audit manager. She joined Westend Corporate in 2021 and specialises in corporate transactions as well as the provision of advisory and Financial Controller/CFO services to clients listed on a range of markets, and private companies in the pre-IPO phase.  

Emily works with clients in a range of industries such as mining, exploration, technology and biotechnology, spanning a range of countries and reporting jurisdictions.

Nicola is a UK practising solicitor specialising in capital markets and corporate transactions.

Nicola practised in the City of London before moving in-house over 10 years ago where she worked as sole in-house legal adviser. She joined Westend Corporate in 2021 as Legal Partner. 

Her experience includes a range of multi jurisdictional corporate finance transactions, M&A and IPOs. She is a trusted adviser to a number of retained clients.

Jas is a Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in IFRS group reporting and transaction advisory, specialising in IPO readiness and execution. He has extensive experience delivering critical pre-IPO workstreams, including IFRS conversions, Financial Position and Prospects Procedures (FPPP) memoranda and working capital modelling and reporting.

In addition, Jas brings broad technical and valuation accounting expertise which includes Purchase Price Allocations (PPAs) and share-based payment valuations, supporting both transactions and ongoing financial reporting requirements.

He continues to support clients beyond transaction completion through tailored outsourced finance solutions, covering statutory reporting, interim reporting, management accounts and compliance obligations, helping businesses navigate complex financial and regulatory demands with confidence.

Sim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 10 years’ experience in business services and advisory. She combines strong technical accounting skills with a highly practical approach to supporting clients.

Prior to joining Westend Corporate, Sim was a Senior Manager at PKF, where she managed a diverse portfolio of SMEs and owner-managed businesses across retail, hospitality and membership organisations. She delivered fully outsourced finance functions, including financial and management reporting, as well as day-to-day financial leadership.

Sim is particularly experienced in helping clients transition to cloud-based accounting systems and streamlining their finance operations. She is valued for making complex financial matters clearer and more manageable for busy business leaders.

Carly is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She brings a strong foundation in accountancy, audit and business support services, with particular experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Since joining Westend Corporate in 2021, Carly has focused on supporting AIM-listed clients across a range of industries, including mining & exploration, construction materials and technology. She provides hands-on financial reporting, compliance and advisory support tailored to the demands of public markets.

Carly is known for her practical approach and ability to deliver clear, reliable financial information that helps listed companies meet their regulatory obligations efficiently.

Tobias is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with extensive experience in business advisory, audit, and corporate services.

He began his career in business advisory, helping clients improve financial performance and operational efficiency through clear, actionable insights. He then moved into audit, where he led engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with senior management teams and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Since joining Westend Corporate, Tobias has played a central role in guiding clients through the IPO process from preparation to successful admission. He also manages fully outsourced accounting and company secretarial functions for a portfolio of AIM-listed and London Stock Exchange Main Market clients.

Tobias is valued for delivering practical, reliable, and commercially focused solutions that support both strong governance and business growth.

Lucinda is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Banking and Finance.

After graduating from the University of the West of England, Lucinda joined Westend Corporate, where she has built strong experience supporting listed companies. She works predominantly with clients on AQSE and the LSE Main Market, particularly in the mining and bio-medical/pharmaceutical sectors.

Lucinda provides comprehensive financial services, including the preparation of IFRS financial statements, as well as ancillary support such as VAT returns and payroll. She is known for her reliable, detail-oriented approach and for delivering clear, compliant financial reporting that helps clients meet their ongoing public market obligations efficiently.

Charles is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Finance degree.

He provides a broad range of financial services to both listed and private companies, including management accounting, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, payroll, and support with pre-IPO fundraising.

Charles works with clients across several sectors, including artificial intelligence, exploration, mining, and construction. He is known for his proactive and organised approach, delivering reliable day-to-day financial support that helps clients maintain strong financial control and prepare effectively for growth.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Banking and Finance and is currently studying towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification.

Since joining Westend Corporate in March 2022, she has supported private companies with pre-IPO fundraising and provided cash flow forecasts to assist listing processes. She also works with listed companies on the LSE Main Market and NASDAQ, preparing IFRS and UK GAAP financial statements and monthly management accounts.

Emily focuses particularly on clients in the pharmaceutical, investment, and resource exploration sectors. She is valued for her proactive support and ability to deliver clear, accurate financial information during both growth and public market transitions.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

 She joined Westend Corporate in October 2023, having previously worked at TCP Chartered Accountants. Chloe supports listed clients on Aquis and the London Stock Exchange across sectors including mining, exploration, and luxury perfumes. Her work includes preparation of management accounts, financial statements, VAT returns, and payroll.

om holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University and is currently studying towards his ACCA qualification.

Since joining Westend Corporate, Tom supports both listed and private companies, assisting with financial reporting, management accounts, bookkeeping, and day-to-day finance operations. He works across a range of sectors and is gaining valuable experience in public market requirements and pre-IPO support.

Tom is known for his strong analytical skills and proactive approach as he builds his expertise in corporate financial services.

Joe holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Royal Holloway, University of London. He is currently studying towards his ACCA qualification.

Since joining Westend Corporate, Joe works closely with our experienced accountants, supporting both listed and private clients with financial reporting, management accounts and day-to-day finance tasks. He is gaining broad exposure to public market requirements and pre-IPO work.

Joe brings strong academic knowledge and a keen, proactive attitude to the team as he develops his practical expertise.

Lana is an apprentice currently studying towards her AAT qualification. She provides hands-on support to the team, assisting with bookkeeping and ad-hoc tasks for clients across the mining and exploration sectors.

She is building practical experience in financial services while supporting both listed and private companies.
