Greg Kuenzel holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Greg has many years of experience in providing accounting and corporate advice in a diverse range of industry sectors across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.

After starting his career in Audit & Corporate Services for Horwath Chartered Accountants in Perth, in 2003 he relocated to the UK where for the past 18 years he has worked with both listed and private companies, at senior management and board level, providing advice on structuring, listings, transactions as well as general corporate and financial consulting services.

James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons), Master of Accounting and is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant. 

After starting his career in Australia, James relocated to the UK where he has spent the last 10 years working with listed companies on the LSE Main Market, AIM and AQSE as well as private companies in the pre-IPO phase.

James specialises in corporate transactions and IPO’s as well as providing Financial Controller/CFO services to clients. James has particularly focused on companies in the mining, exploration, technology, biomedical and FMCG sectors and acts as CFO for Capital Metals plc (AIM: CMET).

Emily is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has 10 years of experience in Business Services and Advisory.

Emily started her career in audit, joining PKF Littlejohn LLP as an audit trainee and progressing to audit manager. She joined Westend Corporate in 2021 and specialises in corporate transactions as well as the provision of advisory and Financial Controller/CFO services to clients listed on a range of markets, and private companies in the pre-IPO phase.  

Emily works with clients in a range of industries such as mining, exploration, technology and biotechnology, spanning a range of countries and reporting jurisdictions.

Nastasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Nastasha has over 12 years’ experience in over a range of industries in various countries with both private and public clients. In 2017, she relocated from Melbourne, Australia to the UK and is currently working on a portfolio of LSE Main market and AIM listed clients across various industries including mining & resources, construction materials and technology specialising in advisory and financial controller services.

Nicola is a UK practising solicitor specialising in capital markets and corporate transactions.

Nicola practised in the City of London before moving in-house over 10 years ago where she worked as sole in-house legal adviser. She joined Westend Corporate in 2021 as Legal Partner. 

Her experience includes a range of multi jurisdictional corporate finance transactions, M&A and IPOs. She is a trusted adviser to a number of retained clients.

As well as being a practising solicitor, Nicola regularly sits as a Magistrate in Central London. She was appointed by the Lord Chancellor in 2012. 

Sim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 10 years of experience in Business Services and Advisory.

Previously a senior manager at PKF, Sim managed a portfolio of SMEs and owner managed businesses in a range of industries such as retail, hospitality and membership organisations, providing a fully outsourced finance function to her clients along with financial and management reporting. Sim is well versed in helping clients migrate over to a cloud based accounting system.

Carly is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has previous experience in accountancy and business support services within the retail and manufacturing sectors as well as audit. 

Since joining Westend Corporate in 2021, Carly has been working with AIM listed clients across various industries including mining & exploration, construction materials and technology.

Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Banking and Finance and currently completing her ACCA.

After graduating from University of the West of England, Lucinda joined Westend Corporate where she began working in a range of industries such as mining and bio-medical pharmaceuticals. Lucinda works predominantly with clients listed on AQSE and the LSE main market and provides financial services including preparation of IFRS financial statements as well as ancillary services such as VAT returns and payroll.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Finance degree and is currently studying to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

He works with listed companies as well as private companies, providing various financial services such as management accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll, Pre-IPO fund raising and other financial services. He has experience working with clients in the artificial intelligence, exploration, mining, and construction sectors.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Banking and Finance and is currently studying towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification. 

Since joining Westend Corporate LLP in March 2022, she has assisted private organisations conducting Pre-IPO fund raising as well as, providing cash flow forecasts to aid listing processes. Furthermore, she has been working with listed companies on predominantly LSE main market and NASDAQ, providing financial services including preparation of IFRS and US GAAP financial statements and monthly management accounts. Emily particularly focuses on organisations in the pharmaceutical, investment and resource exploration sector.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management & Accounting and Finance and is studying towards her Chartered Accountancy qualification.

She previously worked at TCP Chartered Accountants providing various financial services such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll services.
