We initially engaged Westend to assist us with the accounting and financial aspects of our £45 million acquisition of Ronez Limited and the associated reverse takeover onto AIM. The team at Westend subsequently supported us on over ten acquisitions of varying sizes and in multiple jurisdictions. More recently they assisted in our €470 million reverse takeover acquisition of Nordkalk, helping raise £260 million in equity and £305 million in debt funding. 

Through both RTO’s they operated under challenging circumstances and very tight timetables, delivering everything on time and within budget. Since our initial admission Westend have, amongst many other things, managed our group financial reporting, group forecasting & financial modelling, acted as our company secretary and maintained various compliance obligations.
